"Lord.. into the silence of this prayer, I come to ask you peace, wisdom and strength. I want to look at the world with eyes filled with love.. I wanna be patient, understanding, tamed and wise and see your children the same way You do, and this way only see the good in everyone. Close my eyes from all evil, shut my mouth from all slender and only with blessings my spirit is filled. Make me so good and joyful that everyone who comes close to me may feel your presence. Dress me in Your beauty dear Lord and may I throughout my life reveal You to everyone." I carry this prayer with me all my life and no matter if you believe in God or Buda or Ala or Oxala or nothing at all... itÂ´s about the essence of GOOD and the wish to be better. ItÂ´s a good way to start the New year for me... Thank you all for looking and for being part of my life throughout this whole year.. may we all be together for many more!!! Ilona, i've been away from the 3d world of art for a few years, but just saw your image and read your prayer. My prayer is the same - and this was beautiful for me to read - I sometimes muse, how very wonderful the world would be if we all felt this way, and how very different. No wars, no poverty, no hatred, no violence -because we would all see one another through the eyes of His love. Naive, some will say, but still,.... i look forward to that day.
