Hello all and Happy New Year!! Sorry I've been MIA (new PC comes in a month or so), but after getting this shot I had to find way to post it. We stuck piece of plexiglass out and closed the window on it, then put some bird seed on it for the poor frosty little guys. It took only a few minutes for them to figure out that we weren't going to hurt them though they're still a little skittish. Anyway, When I saw the thoughful look on this guy's face I had to post it. I discovered that Sparrows only look a bit dull from a distance - thay're beautiful up close, IMHO. Hope you're all doing well! Be safe in the holiday season and, as always, Thanks for Looking! Ken

I have always loved sparrows and I keep food out just for them year 'round. this is a stellar shot, Kenny! My gosh you ought to be proud of this one!

Brilliant capture! He's wonderful. I like my birds and feed them lots :) The deer like to empty my feeder though, lol. I put petroleum jelly on the pole to keep the squirrels off but that doesn't stop the deer. Funny watching the squirrels slide to the bottom of the pole. They just keep trying, lol.
