I do like the textures and the lighting, but I think that I would prefer the background (the wall, not the floor) to have some color. To make the boot (I see only one) stand out from it, and probably (following safetman59's comment) to make it slightly more erotic. How about a red carpet color and texture? I do hope that "having had not a minute to yourself" means that you have enjoyed (not merely catered for) some company. ;-)
