Maria, this is a charming shot. I wish we had these birds here they are so delightful. I have just fed my birds on the lawn at home, I look after them when the snow comes. They need a little help. I look forward to the other shots in this series. This one is superb. Hugs. Diane. xx

Awesome capture! And yes, they are picky creatures! I have many "leftovers" at the birdfeeders since they only like the sunflower seeds! :)

What a wonderful shot and I'm anxious to see the next in your series. We have a lot of chicakees at our feeder and they provide me with hours of entertainment. And you are so right, they have to find just the right seed and it is seldom the first one they pick up. All of our seeds are the same (raw, shelled sunflower seeds) so I don't know why they think one is better than the other but they are very picky diners.

Great shot. They sure are picky about what they eat. It is fun watching the different species pick out just what they want.
