Maybe a friend of the grafiti artist used the bridge as a launch pad on that date, dunno....very strange thing to write... Great capture.

I've known a few fairly famous graffiti artists and they do overpass work by first learning to paint or in this case write upside down. Then there needs to be an accomplis who holds the shirt or belt while the other leans over the edge. Thats why they are usually only an armslength down the opposite side. Daredevils! =D Great phrase though!
