Couldnt think of a better paintjob .. suggestions would be great ..
Planning to make a transformer now ... called Sideswipe ...
Uphill task now that even rendering this takes 30 minutes.

i think the paintjob looks fine, you might just make it more glossy, and add a slight mirrored reflection to it. also i noticed you used blender 2.44? 2.45 has been out for a while now, not much differences, but it's always good to upgrade. might even help a bit with those slow render times :P
