Description
This guy on the rock must have a fishing fetish..the surf coming up onto the rocks was really heavy..during the time we watched he was drenched several times.. taken in Santa Cruz Ca. along its Cliff Drive in late Feb of 2007..

I once saw a guy wade out about 40 yards out in the water, climb a huge boulder and start fishing. He didn't notice the tide was coming in. 3 hours later, the water was too deep to wade back and the crashing waves were spraying his feet. This is a wonderful shot. I love the way the water pours from the crevice.

hehe..."fishing fetish"... now try to say that alliteration five times fast. What an incredible capture..... the water looks so powerful, yet beautiful at the same time. The colours are amazing, and little bit of rock and greenery light up the entire image. A radiant and sharp photograph!
