Description

I toyed around with this in PW until the finished result resembled a painted plaster effect. Only thing missing is the chandelier hanging from its center point. Enjoy and thanks for viewing and commenting...

Well if that was on my ceiling I'd go to sleep with screwy eyes LOL. A great image with lovely textures and colours. I'd like to say it reminds me of a medallion but I see your title has beaten me to it .. Tony :-)
