Windowsill Warm Windy blows the storm Pink ribbons grasp Water flower blossom Brushes away a tear A teardrop smudge Window where it opened Warm gusty wind In my face it feels Hair flying free Hand reaches out Catching wild wind Breeze puff of air Clear wispy white Fly away blues Windowsill where I sit Chin rested warm Eyes painted stare Knees shoulders hug Arms squeezing tight Sit to look and think Roses some say Thorn is a start Seed is the flower Grows in the spring Along with the grass Water flower blossom Wild heart in soul Breeze puff of air Hunger burns inside Tummy growling fierce Aching need wakes up Wrapped in a blanket Dreams can warm inside Learn to live within Bubbling up a storm *Image Bryce 5.5 ©LKS 2007 Thank You Sweet weekend to you
