I noticed this little guy hopping along the edge of the river this fall. Lucky for me I was able to get pretty close, and he was happy to pose a bit! Any and all comments welcome. Thanks for looking!

Hope you will take this as the compliment its meant to be but the colors in this little guys feathers seem to match the colors of your hair.. sure would be cool to bring the picture of you and the bird together..... He is sure a cutie ~~

i agree with GBCalls, it looks like a Snow Bunting. they sometimes seem quite tame, maybe because they breed so far north that they dont see people, and so dont know that we can be dangerous. in winter, they normally flock.
