OK, last one...promise! :D
This is the portrait that came about by mistake when I was experimenting with different textures on Didi. This is Irulana, the same texture I used on "Bewitching Upclose". The same thing happened this time..."cast shadows" was somehow selected in the render settings and once again, it took over 8 hours to render...think it was closer to 10. But I loved the bit I could see when I realized why it was taking so long, so I let it keep going. The face camera was selected for the shot so I could check on the details of her face and I never intended to render from this viewpoint. So I'm not that pleased with the camera angle, etc. But for some reason, I still like it. :)

You are so patient! But the results are stunning, the textures look superb and the little highlights on the hair are beautiful! (I bet it was the hair that slowed it down--that model makes my 'puter crawl too;-)
