Back to my dragonflies... I was so lucky this summer with these! This is a bit 'soft' to me, and I am not very good with the post-work stuff so I just left it (not really sure what to do anyway). I was just so pleased to get so close and it landed on a flower! Thanks for stopping by! My previous upload, "Caught In The Act" . (By the way, I let the worm live!) The colours complement each other here, Blue dragonfly on the lemon flower. superb detail to the Dragonfly.

Good heavens, a blue dragonfly atop the pistil end of a hibiscus flower. Actually, postwork isn't so hard after you've played and worked with it for about 4,250 hours.

In my opinion, this is a fine photograph. You know, the dragonfly appears to be perfectly focused. Isn't this a choice we must make when getting in this close, the bug or the blossom? I'm just learning, so I couldn't say.
