Description

The hardness in a party-queen's life... About ten years ago I saw this motto on a bumper sticker on an ancient Volvo we overtook on the Motorway. When we passed the car I could see the driver. A woman of about 30. Freckles, dark red hair. Strange. Beautiful and ugly at the same time. She nodded to the rythm of an inaudible tune and I felt the sudden longing to know her. To meet her, possibly be one of those numerous men - although I cannot remember a point in my life when I wanted to be a man. I never met her. I do not know why this piece of memory hit me yesterday and forced me to work on this inadequate image for one and a half day. I hope you like it more than I do...

Granted, there is a slight "cartoonish" quality to the image and that might be your misgivings as to it's quality ... But I think it works very well. I like this image a lot. A lot of character, energy and it fullfills the title. Good work. Really. I like it.
