Description

I couldn't resist! My annual treat to myself, to keep the empty feeling at bay when my home is suddenly bereft of Christmas, is to enjoy Spring blooms of all kinds, and to bring their amazing perfumes into the house. It might just be my nose, but I could swear that blue hyacynths smell far nicer than any other colour......... Checking at my local store after work today, these lovely tulips were just sitting there, by the bucketfull in the afternoon sunshine! .........Thanks for visiting.

We just had a three day stretch of cold, rain and snow around here which gives one the impression that we're still deep in the throes of winter. Yes, spring is coming, say, like sometime in April. That said, terrific clarity, colors and textural blends in this macro, Chris!
