Description

Well, this was an interesting experience - trying out the new paper. In the end... I like the result. Graphite pencils and mechanical pencils from 2H to 4B, kneaded eraser and normal eraser on thick paper size A4. *DivineRAiN - I like the texture too. And the paper was a tricky deal, but I think for some drawings it's a good paper. But I guess I'll have to keep looking for something like printer paper, but thicker and not glossy. And my mom told me after my "classical beauty" how I should've taken a better paper, but who knew... *mmirnii - I was doing that one from December 16th, but most of the work around holidays. So yeah definitely inspired. I like the way the hair curled up a little on top of her head. It looks more like real hair rather than plastic wigs or hair in commercials.

it's finally finished.. Wow Pearl, this is really beautiful. I think I said it on one of your wips before, but I have to mention it again, I love the textures. Personal preference I guess, dunno, it adds that something to a drawing & painting that plastic smooth blending doesn't have. The hair looks very realistic and excellent lighting. Are you planning on doing another using that paper?
