Description

Makum returned from his hunting trip only to find that their village had been burned to the ground. His two friends whom he had been hunting with instantly became enraged and ran off to seek revenge. They were never seen again. Makum searched throughout the village in hopes of finding some suvivors, but to no avail as there were none and all were slain. This had bee been their last refuge and they had thought they had found a safe place far away from their enemies and very much hidden. As saddness and hatred filled his heart he wondered what to do. He had heard stories of a great elf queen in the great forrest to the south. It was told not only was she beautiful and a fierce warrior, but she was just also her word was as true as day. It was a long and rugged trip of many weeks just to reach the great forrest. Makum spent another five days wandering the forrest and was about to give up. He was completely lost tired and hungry and was about to enter a clearing when suddenly he was surrounded by 5 elves all with bows pointing right at him. "I am looking for your queen Alexis" Makum stated. Then into the clearing appeared the queen in all her glory. Makum explained his story and bowed his head. He ended with "I will die by your side or I will die by your hand, it is your chice." Alexis looked into his eyes and thought she saw the slightest formation of a tear, which is unheard of with minotaurs. Now minotaurs and elves have never been on good terms and have at times been bitter enemies, but for whatever reason Alexis trusted this creature. Makum stayed faithful to his word and 3 years latter died protecting the queen from invading orcs and goblems that had eliminated his race. To this very day the elves still tell the tales of Makum the Magnificent around theit campfires for his bravery and fierceness in battle. This is not as good as Delbekes but I hope you enjoyed and thanks for stopping by
