Description

This one is from Bishop's Close, the same place I took yesterday's upload. Reds are supposed to be difficult to photograph, but I thought these blossoms came out ok. I have no idea what variety of Rhododendron this is; there are so many there, and they're not labeled. Thanks for stopping by and any comments.

Red colors are very difficult for me. You have captured it perfectly. Excellent. Aloha

This is beautiful and you worked well with the red. It tends to bleed over and appear too hot sometimes. This is neither. Excellent.

What a beautiful splash of color for a dreary winter day. The color and the detail are both amazing. My son and daughter-in-law were married there (the last wedding they allowed there in fact).

The blooms only last a little while but they are so beautiful while they're here. Glad you captured this one. Now it will bloom forever.
