In Between the Moments I think of you in between each moment of time and know that your heart's 'er so close to mine. How did you find me in this place? Why did you traverse this infinite space? Could it be that you knew me from afar? Did you wish for me upon a star? It matters not the reason why, It matters only that I traveled by. Across the millennium I heard your call, Your name I have scribed upon the great wall. I came across the galaxy to be by your side, I traveled upon oceans and came with the tide. Now that I am here at last, I wonder why time has not past. We are in between the moments of time, where your heart has blended with mine. Time in this place has yet to be unraveled, for this my friend is the road less traveled. Each of us is one half of a heart, And from each other we shall not part. Here we can know each other's presence, Here we can feel each other's essence. And when this day is done I shall leave with the setting sun. I will bid you good night 'til it be 'morrow for parting from you is such sweet sorrow. Whether you are near or far, I will always wonder how you are. For now this moment is at an end, It is to the heavens I now ascend.
