Wow! I am honored! :O) Gorgeous image. Made me think of an old story I heard once upon a time. Seems like there was this old man who upon drawing close to the end of his days made a trip to a high mountain. After an arduous trek to the top, he was greeted by the Lama who dwelt there, reputed to be one of the wisest men of his time, who presuming the old man had come to seek guidance of him on some matter of great importance inquired how he might be of help. The old man shook his head and replied, he was not looking for enlightenment but instead had come to throw himself off. Upon hearing this, the Holy man was shocked and thinking the old man had given up on life and in a fit of despair was planning to end it all, and so he tried to grant him some sage words of advise and renew hope. The old man just smiled and said, nay my son, be not dismayed, I have not wearied of living, rather I come only to experience one last thing before death claims me. The joy of flying. Upon which the old man threw himself off the summit. It is said that he fell for over an hour, and that as he watched the Lama, who had thought himself wise, came to realize that all things have a beginning and ending, but what matters most is how the time that passes in between.
