I think every great scifi artist at one time or another creates some type of Victorian flying ship. Mine was a solar sailed spaceship. (Hand painted, over twenty five years ago) Great images, such as this, makes me want to revist those ideas and use CGI to reproduce them. A neat SciFi Fantasy scene.
