Today is my sis 'n' law's Turkish birthday! She gets two birthdays in our family. You see, the actual day she was born was Dec. 23, so we celebrate that day with her first, American style. However, in Turkey, the day her mother turned in the papers telling of her birth is the day the Turks call her birthday, so that day is Jan. 13th! Cool, huh?!!?!? They are having a b-day party at their house today, so even though honey has to work for a while today, my sister is gonna pick me up, and I'll go with her.
