Description
After noticing the pearly white cranium partially exposed I scrape away the solar heated volcanic sand. I must admit that my heart missed a couple of beats when I realised just what I was looking at. Or perhaps I should say, who - for I was looking into the face of a small alien, albeit one that couldn't look back. Even an hour after this unprecedented discovery I could still feel the shivers traversing the back of my neck.
Although this strange feeling may partly have been a result of uncovering the remains of the alien creature's broken hand.
