Description
G'day.
This is a macro close up of a sundew plant.
Plant is approx 0.7mm accross each green leaf stem.
They are a carnivorous plant that uses the sticky blobs to catch their prey and then they curl up and (with acid) absorb the juices of the insect.

You can see a small ant being devoured on this one.
This one is found at Mt Baw Baw in eastern Victoria, Australia.
