V6I, wide angle camera setings, trepz (freeby in Renderosity, thanks so much) modified atmo, 1 ecosyst, 2 procedural terrains. Tried to give a deep perspective, like in North continental countries. Thanks for comments, previous as following. Carpe diem Jean-Marie

A marvel! Because I practice both drawings (2D and 3D) and photo (my earlier profession), I know how it is much simpler to get an excellent professional photo (which takes a few seconds to compose the image and depress the realease button) than this kind of digital paint, not to speak of the lengthy hours of render! Vue images need both the best knowledge of the software functions and the best understanding of what the subject is, as well as all what is needed to make a good photo. I admire this kind of image.
