Description

This is the original pic of the Icy Tree that was what I call the Snow Globe LOL.... Raining and cold here today and calling for flurries and maybe some accumulation tomorrow morning..in fact calling for flurries all week...usually when they say flurries we tend to get more snow than flurries.... I am feeling better but still kind of weak and just can't seem to get warm tho my heat is going going going...and the bill is going going going too...*grin* oh well better warm and toasty than freezing...and a frozen nose and toes *grin* Hope you all like this pic...I do have one or two more I too..one is of the sky before the storm...and I think the other one is an icy creek hee hee... Added border and my name Post work done in PSP 9 Comments are most appreciated... Hope you all are having a wonderful weekend... Hugs Susan aka Blush~

Susan your tree is all icey!!!!! What did you do to it??? It doesn't rain or snow here in southern California, all we get is wind and more wind. I am so tired of the wind. Rain, snow, sleet all that sounds just great. We have new Spring 2008,grass growing from the last rain around Christmas. It was really funny to see New green grass growing in the dead and brown and gray weeds of last summer, but there is was or is......... I hope you feel better soon and enjoy a nice warm spring. your friend, My best to you always, Lightpen

Beautiful capture sis! I think these type of images, they are fantastic to look at. But, after living in Joplin Mo for several years I learned it is not fun to drive in. Now we live in Ohio and once and awhile we see the ice, but it's mainly snow. I'm glad to hear you are feeling better. I will pray that God will warm you. Big hugs sweetie!

I hope you have an electric blanket to bundle up in. Don't forget to take pictures of that new puppy. ;o) I love this image, and I agree this winter has been so cold! It's nice to have two dogs and two cats to cuddle up with.

This is beautiful although I worry for the trees and all those who suffer with no heat. Here in NY we just had a bad storm and than it went up to 69 and it is so weird. The mix of warm and cold create such awful storms. We had hurricane winds here the other day.Thats global warming for ya.Always in my prayers Susan and layers is the trick to staying warm.Tee shirt cotton is the best a couple of cotton tees and a sweater and keep your feet warm too! Hugs:)

The laciness of the branches and the twinkle of like in the ice is magic. This is really poetic in composition. Stay warm, Susan. Spring is not that far way now.

This is very beautiful Susan. My only wish is that it was very much larger. The beauty is in the detail that's mostly lost on this thumbnail sized image. Super picture anyway. We must have hit 80 here today in SoCal.. I had to use the air conditioner mid-day. Bravo and hugs from Dave :^)
