Jin didn't catch why the Princess and most of the rest ran out of the office. She heard her order the Colonel to watch the Cyclops and the others, and for them all to sit 'Over there'. Toxic and BlueBell were insistent that Thistledown and Jin sit on the sofa and they sit on their laps. Toxic poked Jin and said, "This is BlueBell, she's a machine-girl android person, who's one of my best buds, and this big green robot guy with one eye is Thistledown, who is her DADDY! Robot-Daddy! Robots what can have sex and stuff! Pretty cool!" Jin gave a wan wave and rolled her eyes. Thistledown just stared and said nothing. Toxic frowned and continued,"I didn't recognize BlueBell right off! When we were dead, she just had one eye! HEY! LIKE YOU! Where d'ya get that extra eye? Why is everyone with extra eyes?" Jin laughed,"It's one of your real mom's spare eyes stored in hyperspace, or something. When I used her Hyperspace Storage Device and was expecting armor, and got a free eye to keep. It must repair damage to the body or something. It might have a spare body or something in it." Thistledown remarked in a deep bass voice,"That would be very useful." Jin shrugged. A long awkward silence fell over the room. BlueBell grinned and reached up to her face and said,"Hey,Toxic! If you want an extra eye, I have one I'm not using much!" She pulled her right eye out and brandished it at Toxic with a laugh and a,"Beh-heh-heh!" Toxic squealed loudly in shock and giggled. Jin flinched as Toxic grabbed for it. "Gimme! Gimme! Hey! Lookit! I'm a TRI-CLOPS! Neeeeen-neeeeeen-neeeeeeeg!" She held it up to her forehead and scanned around the room. SHe giggled some more and exclaimed,"I can blink it,too!" She then popped it in her mouth. Jin slapped her on the back and shouted,"Don't put people's eyes in your mouth! GOD!" BlueBell went,"EEEEEEUUUUUUUW! YOU SLOBBERED ALL OVER MY EYE! That is SO nasty! Eeeeuuuuuuuuw! Dad--pinch her a good one! She slobbered on my eyeball!" Thistledown said,"YOU did offer it to her. Slobbering is the least she could have done to it." Jin said to Toxic,"Spit that out! You don't know where it's been!" Toxic nodded and spit the eye out. "Nuh-HUNH! It came out of her head! It's just like kissing her!" Jin clenched her teeth and said tersely,"NO, it isn't. Putting someone's EYEBALL in your mouth is NOT like kissing people!" Thistledown nodded and interjected,"I must agree with Jin. Even if it is a spare optic, it isn't a good thing to do." Jin nodded at Thistledown and looked sternly at Toxic and snapped out,"Goofy girl! What were you THINKING?" BlueBell grinned as Toxic beamed proudly,and handed back the loose eye. Toxic said happily,"I was thinking of outrageous things to do to get everyone talking! It worked!" Bluebell wiped her loose eye on her prisoner outfit and went,"Eeeeeuuuuw. You didn't HAVE to DROOL all over my EYEBALL! Bleahhhhhhh!" Jin looked over at Thistledown who looked at Jin and then at his daughter. He looked back over at Jin and said slowly,"I believe our children believe we should be friends." Toxic and BlueBell bobbled their heads up and down in agreement, grinning like idiots. Jin sighed and drawled out in a flatly grim voice,"Last Cyclops I met, tried to rip my head off and murder everyone I was with." "Before coming to this city, last human I saw disemboweled my mate and almost killed her", Thistledown rapped out in a cold machine crisp tone. His tone was warmer when he said to his daughter,"Capitan Rose is fine. She's recovering at home by this time." Toxic smiled and hugged Jin and kicked Thistledown with her bare toes and chirped happily,"SEE?! You two have so MUCH in common!" Jin finally smile and hugged her back and sighed,"Yeah, our daughters are complete goof-balls." Thistledown remarked gruffly,"Agreed." --TO BE CONTINUED!--
