Description

Heya Peeps, I was cruising along and hit the ol' 3D Comic Collective to find that they have some new tutorials. I really liked Quagnon's "Penthouse Blur" tutorial and the above image was done in 3-5 minutes with it. IMHO it is a neat effect. It may in fact spawn a few gratuitous nudies just because. Now all I have to do is to grow some talent and learn to paint hair... and perhaps buy one of those kewl tablets while I am at it.
