Officer Oglethorp: "We're seeing more and more of this... kids with hot saucers getting goofed up and disregarding the rules of the road, putting innocent lives at risk. Now, there's a new drug on the market.... from the Planet Earth.... they call it Kaaah Feeen, and it's highly addictive... even the Earthilans themselves are dependent on Kaaah Feen to get themselves up in the morning, to the point where it is considered to be a legal form of stimulant, readily available even to their young ones, in the form of a "Soft Drink".
Earth and it's Drug Lords have to be stopped... the safety of our universe depends on it."
