The nostril glow can be fixed by using Ambient Occlusion, it's a pretty typical render flaw. As to the face texture -- it seems a bit bland on the ears. I would like to see it without make up. The lips don't seem quite right, I think that the edges of the lipstick are a little to sharp, and, as a whole, it doesn't seem to have the right glossyness. If you haven't, you might consider using a merchant resource for the lipstick -- I've done very little makeup texturing myself, but it seems that the lips are the hardest to get right. Finally, you should probably use more aggressive lighting in the preview, in particular I'd like to see a light shining on her right cheek. As it is, it is difficult to make out texture details on her cheek and jawline. I think that this is a good start overall, but it does still need some work.

first of all, this is a nice basic character with a delicate coloring. she's fairly pale, and to make her stand out, i'd suggest emphasizing her paleness as it's the main aspect that distinguishes it from the average latest Vicky texture. right now you've got a very hard shader and a very even, low detail texture. pale skin shows variation very clearly, so i'd suggest either adding detail or working on a material (Poser) and a shader (D|S) to make the skin look softer and more translucent. i think the pattern of her lips looks good, but the hue and saturation don't go with the rest of the texture. my suggestion is to pull them away from orange and toward red, with even a hint of blue to make it more of a rose, and desaturate them. the eye make-up seems unfinished at this point? the color combination is odd, and it seems splotchy, with unrealistic coverage and edges. but then, i wasn't a fan of blue eyeshadow back when it was popular ;D. i think it's a great start, too, and i can't wait to see how she develops.
