Description

When I first came here to England 4 years ago I was stunned about all the public footpaths everywhere. And since we live in the middle of the countryside in Derbyshire, there's a lot of them. Which means that we used to do a lot of hiking with our cameras. That's a while ago now and I miss it. My health (I have a neuropathic pain disorder) won't allow me to run around the way I used to, so I haven't been to any of these places in a long time. And what I cannot do IRL, I can always do virtually ;) So here's a footpath for ya :D It is painted terrain...and that's about it :) Birch is a modified version of the White Birch in Vue, and the ground material is my own tweak. And if anyone's up for it, lunch is served among the Wild Flowers that I uploaded a couple of days ago ;) Thank you for all your comments and for the faves :bows:

Oh this is just gorgeous! Your terrain painting is really great :-) I hadn't realised we are almost neighbours, I'm next door in Staffordshire ;-) Been around lots of places up near you - Dovedale being my favourite!
