Description

Ok, I admit it, I get a bit carried a way with my titles!! But try saying this 3x fast!! Primroses are the sweetest little flowers. They give you so much color, take more bad weather, cold, abuse, that most other flowers could ever survive. You ignore them, forget about them, then all of a sudden, one day you look down and there they are!! Full of color and life, giving you pleasure and beauty in the middle of winter!!

I was so tempted to buy some this fall but the sign said they were annuals. I didn't remember them that way but I always trust the nursery to tell it right. As I later learned they are semi-annuals and I could have kept them for as many as 4 season with the right care. I love the color spot in this. Its so vibrant.

Georgeous colors they bring. We got a load of them the other day in the garden centre where I work and the sold so fast I could hardly believe my eyes. They even had a double flowering one. These ones were just like mini roses. Thjey are quite hardy. Love seeing them poke out of the ground. Great picture.

Suddenly, there they are, like manna from heaven! That is some alliterative title you've got going there, Marilyn. Easily rivals Peter Piper and his pickled peppers. A myriad of beautiful colors and splendid textures in those green leaves depicted in this photo, young lady.
