Description

This is St. Nicholas' Church located in Sulham, Berkshire. This picture, along with the preceding three, were all scanned direct from negatives. My scanner is a cheapie, and the scanning process results in a fairly soft focus. This is not ideal on most negatives but, sometimes, it adds a certain charm to the final image. This picture also suited sepia toning more than the others and the final result has a very Victorian feel. Thanks for taking a look. :-) -------------------------------- Original Photograph: 22-Oct-1983

Impressive POV. Although you say the scanner has taken a little quality I think this is a magnificent shot.

Interesting shot. I like the soft focus.

One day when time machines have been invented, I would love to nip back to the days of sepia.... Nice curve of the path leading up to the curved selection of headstones leading up to the church. Nice shot.
