Description

Located 2.5 billion light years from our galaxy, dawn breaks on the surface of Kyros, a large planet dominated by an even larger ice moon, and another planet which is still in the volcanic throes of development. Kyros was once completely encapsulated with water. Over the past few million or so years, continents have formed revealing the unusually colorful surface layers of soil that were once submerged. Because Kyros and its giant ice moon exert so much gravitational pull and tug on each other's surfaces, the result is no development of life despite an ideal atmosphere. Nice story about Kyros Keith, this is another wonderful alien terrain image. I like the distant mountains and the ice moon is stunning. As ever your terrain work is second to none. Tony :-)

This image has a definite feeling of solitude that your story describes, with no apparent signs of life.Your terrains keep getting better Keith, and your composition really leads the eye throughout the image...well done!
