that is a really lovely but real face. and that's a great texture on the hair. those shoes are the only weak point, imho. they look more than terribly uncomfortable; the shape of the ankle bend seems incorrect. and the high heels seem at odds with the casual and unassuming clothing and body language. if you wanted to make the shirt more realistic, it could have a displacement and/or bump map to simulate seams, seamed edges and wrinkles. but it looks great now. truly beautiful work.
