Description

The phoenix (Greek: Φοίνικας/phoinikas) When it dies the phoenix builds itself a nest of cinnamon twigs and sets fire to it so that both nest and bird burn fiercely until only ashes are left. From the ashes a new, young phoenix arises. And from the ashes he rises Flaming glorious power Reaching for the farthest star In this his most glorious hour. © Josephine Tuckfield

Well, beautiful! :-) (Some Tex Avery fans may wonder if it would be possible to cross a phoenix with a duck to get a self-roasting duck.)
