Description

A few minutes after the two had reached the safety of home they and the third one was seeing if it was safe to come out again. I was surprised that they could all squeeze out of that small hole in the tree, at the same time it seemed. If you look close you can see the third one's head trying to poke out from underneath the one's body. It doesn't have as much depth of field as I would have liked but the light was starting to fade and they were pretty high up in the tree.

the holes I use to repair would surprise you how small they would be.squirrels like many species can elongate their body to squeeze through a very small place.I had a huge Malamute dog before and during the summer he would manage to get under my building in less that 6".I would have to get a shovel to allow him to get out. beautiful capture and they are so cute
