Just a pic I have been playing with... My friend took this photo while he was in western australia at a place called 80 mile beach, one of the longest beaches in the world....

80 miles and I bet the majority of people use a small area but at least if it gets too crowded you can move. very eerie appearance and an excellent capture

A fascinating stretch of land.... kinda like the desert, but really the beach---so beautiful. The emptiness, and the un-used and un-abused open space is very calming. There is such a free mood about this image.... phenomenal colours as well!

I have checked out the forum Sue, some interesting stuff there. I see you have reversed the image to put the bank on the left. I like the tracks in the sand, dissappearing into infinity. You have done some great postwork on this. Excellent work. Bravo!!!!!
