Description

another wet good morning to you all :o( on the way home from dropping ashleigh off (she does live where she`s supposed to sometimes :o)),i stopped off along the river to see if i could capture some long exposure night shots of the lights and reflections .i got three all taken with a tripod and no flash . it had stopped raining for a while but it seems we are in for even more rain for a few more days :o(. i wont be around much today but will try and look as much as i can and catch up tomorrow as i am taking my eldest lad to oxford at teatime back to his job as there are no works vans for some reason i dont know the full story yet ,so a 7 hour round trip for me . thanks as always for your support and comments and for those of you in the uk ,dont forget your snorkel and flippers if you go out as there are flood warnings again :o) mick

Remarkable night image! There is a festiveness about this place, seems like a most perfect place for a walk at this time to see so many beautiful lights, and so many things going on. Incredible capture of the reflections as well!

Great pov Mick, excellent composition, what is that on the quay side bottom right? Is it a capstan? A very squat one if it is, but it does look like one with a chain going under the hand rail. Another question, what is the light on the left? It doesn't look like the moon, is it a light on the opposite bank? Excellent night light photography, looks pretty much spot on to me mate. Excellent work. Bravo!!!!!
