Yeah, garbage everywhere... it's sad, I see so much around our city, when I was in Eurpoe, the streets were clean. We obviously don't appreciate what we have. Great composition!!

The stretch out is common in five year plans. Perfection is the outline and overrunn the rule. For some reason waste must be discovered after the fact. It is the one thing left out of the plan.
