Thank you both. As for the placement of the foliage, it was really an easy task. I simply put a big baobab-tree to the left, another to the right, and several umbrella-acacias in the background to fill up the remaining space. Lastly I added the reed at the left side on the foreground to warp up the flamingos, and give more naturalness to the whole scene.
