you've done a beautiful job of lighting that texture, and the pose looks very natural. his body shape looks a bit odd here; something about the shape of his pecs and abs looks artificial(i think they're too perfectly square?). i think the plain black background works, and you create interesting negative space with his body, but a hint of structure beneath him would add to reality of the pose and the feeling of languor this pose conveys. overall, a good picture with a great camera angle.
