I really like these designs, though I'm not at all sure that huge balcony is actually physically possible. May I suggest beefing that up by creating a skywalk or two between the two buildings that would run between two such balconies. You could continue the theme by maing the skywaly two levels, just as the balconies, with plantings on top. Besides being interesting, it would also give more structural integrity.
