Description

A tree akin to yesterday's posting, captured 4/10/06 at the Fullerton Arboretum, with its beautiful 26-acre botanical garden, in beautiful Fullerton, California. I'm probably opening a whole can of worms with this observation, but I see one of the roots grabbing a pulled thigh muscle, apparently in pain. The Arboretum features plants and trees from all over the world. This photo, one of several, was taken before I became a member of Renderosity, and I didn't feel it was necessary to record the names of the trees at that time. Thanks for the peek.

I must say. I never saw anything like it before. Looks like 2 trees wrestling.

Amazing shot again, and the roots are almost like fingers or hands holding onto each other for security, or just to keep the tree from falling over - fabulous capture - hugs Jane xx

LOL@grabbing in pain. Good observation. Funny how roots (and limbs) grow odd directions.

A most interesting observation and well seen. I don't think my imagination would have noticed the two arms. Clever!
