Beginner, the composition is beyond beginner. Highlights on the building walls are a tad bright but I will not complain on that considering how fine the compo is. If a beginner, you will get the highlights worked out in time. What you do have is an eye for the view and that is apparent. Foreground and reflections all blend with the buildings to make a very pleasing image. Nicely done.
