Description
Named this one first flight not because it is the first one for the bird (doubt it very much) but the first flight photo I ever attempted to take. This is not ideal and certainly not anything to go wow over, but I am pleased by it. It was darn hard to take though and will need much more practice. Thanks for looking xxx

Nice shot it is really tough getting a good flight shot isn't it,it's too bad the subjects wouldn't just pose mid flight for us or at least fly so we had better light direction .

haha wg34.... yes that would be ideal wouldnt it. Ohh well.. plenty of time for me practice.. and we all know what practice makes............. lol xxxx

Let me say it anyway: WOW! I love the angle! I know what you mean, bird shots could always come out just a little bit sharper, but this one is awesome in so many ways!
