Very well done for your first attempt at realism - it's a tough one to pull off - the inside of nose could be darker (try AO) - well done

I like the smile and the realistic skin-texture!!! Maybe the eyes are something to wide open.

Difficult to do realistic modeling. I am not seeing any shade that should be there from her hair. Otherwise, she has a great Mona Lisa smile and she has a beautiful face.

Excellent first impression. If you don't mind a suggestion, I would say just to light it slightly from one side to make the features less flat and just tone down the light a touch. Lovely fresh face though and a nice, subtle smile.
