Description

This is the intercom/buzzer that used to give the elderly and very sick access to the hospice/sanatorium that has been abandoned since around '99. Built in the early twenties, everything in this building except the breezeway between it and the storage unit that is attached on the west end is cement/brick. Even the floors. The only hazard I came across in this place besides the massive amounts of pigeon droppings, broken furniture, health records and really...really...bad grafitti was the wooden flooring between that same breezeway and the building itself. It had sunk two feet down from the walls and was half-hazardly propped (if you can call it that) on the two support beams that kept me falling into whatever was below the main floor. God only knows; that doorway was bricked in as if to keep whatever horrors that happened down there-down there.
