Maybe a little further in the future. Considering how long it takes to get approval for anything these days, I would guess if the project were to begin today, it might be completed in the year 2525. ...If man is still alive.. Okay, a crappy reference to an old Pop song from the early seventies. Great scale on the scene you devloped!
