Description

I took this the other day and I have to admit this must be one of my fave photos of a robin. I love the stance of the bird and the little tufty bit where he feathers got ruffled. He is sharp and good exposure. Yup.. I am well pleased with it and even put it as a background on the computer haha xxxx

An excellent capture. He does look somewhat windswept. Most of the wee birds in the area have been taking cover under a 9m tree that fell in out front garden, during the recent storm. With hailstones big enough to set off car alarms, they for were taking no chances. I haven't seen our local robin, though. He is a feisty fellow, beating off all intruders. Regards, John.

Thanks for the message John.... yes... Robins are cheeky little critters. I love them to bits. They all look different and with it comes different characters also. Shame about the bad weather at the moment though.. but summer not far off (I keep hoping). Regards .. Char xx
