Description

TMFV Page 025 Inspired from the famous Alien autopsy film. Debunked as a fake, but it's still fun to watch. Had a blast doing this page and the next ones will be along shortly. Comments are always appreciated and read with the utmost of attention, so please feel free to speak your mind. Enjoy life and good health to you all.

Like many people, I have seen the supposed alien autopsy footage. In your painting you have reproduced that environment so that it is instantly recognisable. The format is well laid out so that it would translate well to the printed page. The humour is very enjoyable and inspires me to view the rest of the story when I have the chance. I particularly like the shading in the topmost, lefthand frame, as it gives some sense of mystery and seriousness to the character. I am not sure how you achieve the effect, but it does a lot to reove from the harsh, stark nature of many computer rendered images. Whilst I cannot comment on all I see, I will endeavour to do my best to view more. Cheers. (P.S. - my score is '5' as I do not see much room for improvement)

great looking page. Had a problem with the top right corner picture, the doc looks like he has a bra - even after the zoom... other than that I think you did a knock out job on this, I especially like the microscope job - well done!

A nice parody on the Alien Autopsy hoax and wondered when the cough culprit would turn up. As mentioned above, Dr. Agar might be in need of a better microscope to resolve that critter if it's a virus. Otherwise better get a fly swatter - lol! Great panel and keep up the fantastic work!

Funny! This is a funny virus in the shape of an arthropod! I would not have taken this microscope. Even in the forties, research laboratory microscoppes had more serious bodies, either from Leitz or from Zeiss. For example, try to get some pictures of the Zeiss GFL, wich was very much sold and in the fifties replaced by the Zeiss RA, same design but with grey body instead of black, it has enchanting design. Here it is only a microscope for schools and little college students aged 12 or so. The environment and composition of the central panel is excellent. 5+!

Not bad, though a lot more detail and mid-tones would help.
